Yup, my very first cake...and I've had the Cake Mini for a year! It's my oldest son's favorite - carrot cake and cream cheese frosting. Couldn't miss out on tweaking him about his milestone birthday, now could I? Especially since he good-naturedly teased me when I turned 65 last month  I used Wilton icing sheets to cut the balloons and words. Once I get up enough nerve I'll try cutting cookie dough. Have to make some Hello Kitty and dinosaur cookies for my DGDs and DGSs. Jessie Adams attached the following image(s):

This looks fantastic!
One tip for the cookie dough, roll it out on the mat and freeze it for 15 min. Cut it and remove all the extra dough. Re freeze it for 30 min and then bake. Cookies maintain their shapes that way. Another tip is to tape parchment paper on the mat, and then roll out the cookie dough. Makes it easier for transfer to cookie sheet.
