I am not sure what I am doing wrong, but as soon as I created a profile I am having issues creating a project. I am redirected to upload my project in CCR but I haven't even made one yet. If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it.i

You created your account. . .did you download CCR? If so, can you login to CCR? If you can, does it take you to a screen with the mat?

I've load the softwear and have the same problem. I can't even get the mat to come up. Help!

I am having the exact same issue! Everything downloaded fine I lgged in.. I created an account..same thing want's me to name the project and download picture's of it and I haven't even created it yet! I have no clue how to get the mat up so I can do this! So you've downloaded Cricut Craft Room and have it installed on your computer. Then when you click the CCR icon on your desktop and sign in, it takes you to the Project Center? scrapalette attached the following image(s):
