Since I upgraded both my E2 and Gypsy to the following: Gypsy Ver 1.4 0227:0247 E2 Ver 1.01 0079:0040:0240 Mac Addy: 00:22:f4:0a:ac:f4 serial: 150073 Now the gypsy won't work - error message: Communication with cricut lost - all cables are good. I've switched them out and checked with multiple cords. I've also tried to cut with the gypsy plugged in and not plugged in Additinally, issues with CCR Cartridges are not being recognized when inserted into E2. It will work for a half our or so but then it craps out. Please advise if I should move back version to get everything back up and running. And if yes, how do I do that! Please help!!! Nancy

My E2 & G are no longer communicating also. Have experienced the same issues as you. And ,yes, both are up-to-date.  I wish I knew how to roll back to a previous version. I'm not sure PC has a way to do that. With regard to CCR, is it possible you are having problems with carts that you had linked to the G first?
