I have design studio and I have not used it much, but I have a gift card from Christmas and I was thinking about buying the Jukebox with it. I have years of scrapbooking that I need to catch up on and I am trying to motivate myself and get what I need to use my cricut more for scrapbooking.

Design Studio has been all but been 'superceded' by the new Cricut Craft Room software. You can link carts that you own to the software, meaning you don't need to have the cart plugged into your machine. This all but does away with the Jukebox as well!

If you don't want to be online when you're designing then DS is a great option. And the Jukebox works well with it.

I use Design Studio and the jukebox all the time. You can put 6 carts in one and usually don't need more than that for a design. I actually have 3 which can be lnked together and used.
I rarely use the craftroom as it does not always work.
