I was looking at the updated list and it just said sesame st holidays. I was confused because I didn't know there was a cart by that name but when I looked at the original post it said elmo and friends holidays. I have this cart and will work on these cuts this week. I should be able to get them done this week. Jen

FEEL BETTER MY FRIEND! I was sick twice this winter, it sure puts a hiccup in everything.
I've been checking in all week and there is a wish or two that I could grant, but I came down sick on Sunday after church. I managed to sleep all day Sunday then get up to go to work on Monday and by 2:30 on Monday I was sick! I struggled through my son's orthodontic appointment since he was getting his braces on. I sat in the waiting room just coughing after a dose of cough syrup, 2 cough drops, and many sips of water. It went downhill quickly from there. I was in bed by 8pm. Over the last few days, I might have been awake 12 hours of that time. I'd sleep, get up and by 2 hours of time I'd be back to sleep. My family was wonderful except it began to wear thin on my husband last night. I can finally say that this morning I felt like getting up and getting out of my pajamas to go to work. I went only staying 5 hours but I went! On Tuesday, my doctor gave the diagnoses of bronchitis, sinusitis, an ear infection with a touch of the flu. I did get a flu shot this year! My doctor shared with me and I'll share with everyone else - getting a flu shot does not fully protect you from getting the flu. It only lessens the effects of it. I firmly believe that Sunday was supposed to be my warning for the rest of the week.
I'm picking my son up from school soon then heading for haircuts (tried to reschedule but she is booked solid for the next 3 weeks) then I'm coming back to my bed.
If you manage to get sick from the flu going around, please take care of yourself it is nasty!
Julie

Hi Mandy,
I will put your Nemo cuts in the mail tomorrow, (Tuesday). I resized the phrase. If you want the phrase in a different size or colors, just let me know and I will do them over. Same for the fish. If they don't fit in the box you are using, I can make them a different size.

Marleen,
I have cut out two of the cuts that you requested, then my battery went out on my Gypsy and it was already after 10 p.m. I should be able to finish them tomorrow night, or Wednesday at the very latest. Sorry it will be a day or two later than I planned.

Jen Salima, I actually still have your cuts. I never got to send them out before I went out of town. I have been lugging them around with me everywhere. I lost a tiny little piece to Alice's foot but other than that they are done and I have the envelope already addressed. I think the exciting package you recieved might have been from Jen. Wish I could take the credit haha.

Marleen,
I have finished cutting them out and have put together Squirt (so cute) and Flick. I will put the other 2 together tomorrow night. I had a slight accident on the subway train this morning, so I'm a bit sore tonight.

Good luck Janice on your job interview, and with all that you are doing. What type of Box Top contest are you putting together? My kids school collects box tops as well, but they do not have a contest or such. They just turn them in.

Patsy, This is my first year as the cordinator for Joeys school, but I have a contest every once in a while to get them to turn them in and not hold onto them and bring them all in at once! The class that brings in the most this time will get pizza for lunch on Valentine's Day, and then the student in each class that brings in the most will win a small prize. I think i will cut out a heart shaped bag and fill it with candy and other little Valentine goodies for them. There are only 52 in his school and the largest class has 14, so pizza won't cost me too much! I think at the end of the year I am gonna get cupcakes and deocrate them with a little Box Top flag in each one as a thank-you for saving all year, for each of the students.
