Can craft room designs be used in design studio software?
Is there a way to purchase and download cuts from the Craft Room
into the Design Studio on my computer?

No, you can't export CCR files to DS. But you can export them as .gypsy files and then try to open them in DS {but I haven't tried it to see if it will work}.
