Help needed with making 2013 New Year's Eve eye glasses

Hi. I want to make those silly but fun 2013 eye glasses for my daughter and her friend's to enjoy. I'm thinking I can make some sort of glasses and then weld the 2013 above the frame part.
What would you suggest to use for the frame part that goes from the lense part to behind the ear? Has anyone already attempted this and willing to share the file?

Life is a Party cartridge has glasses on it if you have that.
