Hi ladies~ Just checking in. Hope you're all having a great week. It's been a long Wednesday. DH is out of town, had daycare kids all day... and DD is being inducted into the National Honor Society on Friday so we went out shopping for a special outfit for her to wear, makeup and new shoes. You guys have no idea how much I loathe shopping and I have 4 daughters   ... DD says that I shouldn't have been a woman he's never met one that doesn't love to shop...I hate the mall with a passion. But we had a great time and she was so grateful...kept thanking me over and over. It makes a momma proud.  So it was definitely worth it! Evelyn~ Your domino album went postal today. I hope you love it. I had a really hard time giving that one up!  LOL I loved it! DD loved it and so did DH.  I was so excited by how it turned out because I had a really hard time with it at first. Good morning Ladies... OMG>...I rec'vd the MOST WONDERFUL package yesterday....nope not from my partner, but from a VERY DEAR lady that sent me a thoughtful gift...Julia....OMG>..YOUR WORK is amazing....she sent me a package with 3 handmade/altered items in it....brought tears to my eyes. IT is truly a gift when it does that...and for her kindness since she has joined my swaps. I will miss that...YOU are the BEST!!! She sent this mini....a strip of beautiful SPRING tickets and a BINGO CARD....WOW>...LOVE THEM ALL...and can't thank you enough for them. IT was truly a WONDERFUL SURPRISE. I will PROUDLY display them in my craft room!  Here is the MINI DOMINO book she sent to me.  Book Opened----sooo beautiful!!!!! EVVVVVELYNNNN~ I got my altered dominoes and I love it! It's fabulous, wonderful, gorgeous, lovely, amazing, fantastic, marvelous!!! It's all the good adjectives I can think of.... Thank you so much! You are amazzzzzing. I will post pics tomorrow. Yesterday was my birthday so I drove to GA to spend the weekend with my sister and I just got home and my DD's are taking me out to dinner with the whole family so I just have a quick moment to get on and let you know how much I loved my awesome gift! I received the most beautiful mini from Julia this past couple days. I can't thank her enough. I love, love, love it! I am sending mine out tomorrow. Sorry for the late delivery, but will send it overnight. Nancy,
I'm glad you like your book. It was a challenge for me too! I went through a few pieces before I came up with something I could do and like. Glossy accents and other finishes were not working for me so I used mod podge instead. Thanks for being my partner and I hope to see you in other swaps.

Rhonda~ Thank you for the birthday wishes. I had a great birthday hanging out with my sister. So much fun. I hope you're feeling better or at least getting some relief from the pain that you've been in.

Here are the pictures of the lovely little Altered Domino Album that my wonderful partner made for me. Evelyn, it is a work of art and I love it! Thanks so much. Rebecca -- I am so glad you liked your album. I have truly enjoyed mine as well. I have taken pics but my batteries died so I'll get them posted shortly. I thought I had already done it but oh goodness I will get it done. I am so proud of my album it is absolutely beautiful and I have it on display on my shelf in my craft room with many projects from friends here at Cricut.com

I received my amazing package from Jodie yesterday evening. I got two albums. The first is the cutest vintage mickey mouse with other classic characters inside. The second is a beautiful winter themed album. I LOVE them both. They were definitely worth the extra couple days wait. Thank you Jodie for being such a good partner. Thank You Rhonda for another great swap. I will try to get pictures taken again later this morning. Right now it is over cast and pics didn't turn out well.

I am soooo glad you like them, Laura! I have been so excited because I used my Imagine for the sayings and the Disney characters. I had soooo much fun doing this swap and I LOVED my gorgeous book too. It has been overcast here too so I haven't been able to get a good picture of it! Purple is my favorite color and you did it so perfectly! Thank you again!! Rhonda, thank you too! This has been soooo fun! and a great learning experience!
