My imagine was having issues after printing bringing the mat back and cutting. I bought it during the first show with the extra warranty - they could not fix it so I got the full amount I paid for it back!!! It took them a month to decide but only a week after that for them to have sent me a check. Very happy with the warranty company!!
I lucked out this summer and found one for $90 so I actually came out ahead.

That's good to know. I've seen a couple of people have that happen. I have that extended warranty also so it's good to know they'll make good on it etc.
