I thought someone said they tried calling could you please pm me with that number. They sent my packages to the wrong address had one tracking number showed delivered to a previous address after I sent emails and wrote in my enclosed payment. and of course post office said it was one that slipped through the cracks. I'm out of 168.00. They have not responded for 2 weeks now. I have opened cases. Now I am moving back to michigan.
Wow and to think I was so grateful for a seller to accept a money order and I sent it certified.
Thanks and sorry I am so stinking angry the post office should be just as responsible they said they should be in contact with the post office to file a claim nice I can't even get ahold of them.

Hi, If you go to the ebay site. At the top next to the green search bar you will see advanced search. Click on that, then go to the bottom left of that screen and you will see - find contact information. Click on that. You will need the Seller's exact name as it appears on Ebay and the item number of one of the products you purchased from them. As long as you have both of these, once you hit enter you will almost immediately receive an email from ebay with all the sellers information.

I'm also having an issue with them....I paid for a cartridge a month ago and still don't have it. After 3 weeks they said they "forgot" to mail it....they claim it is in the mail now, but I STILL DON'T HAVE IT! I also have no tracking info, so I think I will be filing a paypal dispute soon.

Still have not received my cartridge that I won on 9/7. Filed complaint with ebay over a week ago and just today one with paypal. I have ordered many carts from them in the past with no problems. I just can't understand why they won't answer my emails or those from ebay. Its like I don't exist. No excuse as far as I am concerned for not communicating. I wonder how much money folks on ebay scalp from buyers who do not go through the pain of filing complaints!
