i had a craftastrophy today. I was working with utee, the melting pot, and molds, had slipped and thumb went innto a hot mold...second degree burns on my thumb.

OMG...that sounds awful and I was feeling sorry for myself with my little burn on my wrist from the fireplace. Just lifting my hand up as I put another log on and hit it on the top of the fireplace...red and hurts but nothing like what you did. Hope you feel better soon!

Seeing as I won't be around, I'd suggest switching Feb & March. I was looking forward to trying a mousetrap.

I think what I will do is move everything up a month and move this down the list towards the end of the year so we are not overlapping swaps. I thought posting a list in October would prevent duplication of swaps, but no worries. Jean, I am looking forward altered mouse traps too. I have done one and I had fun doing it.

That's a great idea...I think we will do the rat traps in Feb. Then we can always take vote at the end of each round to see what people would love to do next. This is going to be a light and fun swap.

For the challenge thing...I was going around the dollar store looking at items with a whole new perspective....lol..Terri, you should post what you have done to the books...I just love mine.

I vote for doing partners however you like. To me it would seem less work to do them on 1/1, but I am merely a participant in this wonderful swap.

We're going to a friend's house for New Year's Eve a bonfire and barbeque everybody brings something...I usually do some kind of seasonal sangria and Jambalaya or something like that ...it's always lots of great friends and great food.

Thanks I will take those points into consideration. Any feedback would be awesome. It is on creativesoupforthesoul.com it will be 8-12 pacific time on the 1st(11 - 3 for you easteners). There will be tutorials, demos, games, prizes,...etc. It will be fun. Then in February when the design team will start...there is one set of the design team that will do youtube videos, the others will blog....and i guess i am doing both.
