I'm Here!! Had a great day with the DH, 28 years together, just doesn't seem possible, where did the days go, glad I made it this far though  Jean I'm with you I have NO idea what to do with a spool, but I love that Kel is always trying new things and brings me along for the ride, it's always a great time! Kim all I have to say is WOW your skills always amaze me, my brain is never that awake!! Beautiful!!

Kel I would love to join your swap if you are still open. As I understand it we can use almost any item that has a hole or opening in the middle and is cylinder or round. I'll look at all the sites that have been posted so I get it right. Debbie

I love the look of those large antique wood spools. I would love to get my hands on one... Or two! Can't wait to start! I love altering spools. I remembered a couple I did for a red, white, and blue swap. I used one as a base for a birdhouse and I altered one to look like firecracker. They were the 3" ones they sell at m's individually.
