My boyfriend bought the Teresa Collins Collection with Cricut Expressions 2 for me. After I created my account and downloaded Craft Room I can't access the Teresa Collins cartridges. I tried creating a new account using his e-mail (the one used for purchasing) and was given an error message that there is already an account tied to that e-mail, however he signed in as a guest and didn't create an account. Does anyone know how I can access that cartridge? I am anxious to get crafting!

When you go to Cricut craft Room(CCR) go to the bottom where it says images/cartridges. Go to where it says MY Cartridges and click on the green arrow. When it opens scroll to and click where it says All Cartridges. It will show you a list of the available cartridges. Those cartridges are near the bottom listed under Teresa Collins-(name of cartridge). They have a ton listed there.
Hope this helps. Let us know if you have any other questions you need help with.

Thank you! I was able to play around in there and figure that out. I still can't get the two cartridges that were pre-loaded onto the machine (Cricut Essentials and Cricut Alphabet) or the Teresa Collins cartridges to transfer over into CCR. When I click on link it says I need to insert a cartridge, but all are digital.

Have you registered your E2 yet? The pre-loaded cartridges will become available to cut with using CCR once you have done that. (The E2 registration database is updated on Thursdays so if you register now it will go through next Thursday.) The email address you use to register the E2 at cricut.com should be the same one you use to log into CCR. If you've already registered the E2 and the carts aren't showing in your My Cartridges library then give PC a call so they can check that out for you. Any cartridge you purchase will not show in your My Cartridges library until you physically link it. Select the cart from the All Cartridges list then press the Link button. You will be directed to insert the cartridge into your Cricut and agree to the EULA before it will be linked to your cricut.com account. (So make sure you are logged into the correct account.) Once linked it can't be unlinked, but by linking it you won't have to insert it into the Cricut to cut. Edited by user Saturday, December 15, 2012 12:58:20 AM(UTC)
