I posted a picture of a project I worked on in the Gypsy forum and I did add the file but I sure would like to know how to post it so the picture shows up in the message. I tried to search for a post on how to do it but the search did not work for me. Can anyone help me. If anyone is interested I designed a template for an insert for my iPhone . I bought a clear case and did the template and now can have a new case for it for every day of the week. It is posted in the Gypsy forum, as I said. Thanks for looking.

Sounds like your picture may be to large, you'd just need to resize it.

I won't be too much help, BUT . . . . .
If you want a bigger picture, I THINK you have to have a picture hosting place, I guess like snapfish or picassa or I know that there are others.
If you want the little pictures that you click on to make bigger, you have to resize your photo. I do this using Microsoft Photo Editor ( think that is the name of it - whatever came with my computer ). Instead of using inches, I change it to pixels. I usually make the longest part of the picture, whether vertically or horizontally, about 350 pixels, then other way seems to work out. I "save as" that size so I don't ruin my original picture. Then when you post, you click on attach file that is a box right above where it says post. It will take you to place that you can browse your computer and attach your picture.
I am not very good at explaining things, so hopefully, someone much better than I will come to your post and help you!!!
Good luck!
( I will have to go to the Gypsy forum and look for your post! Even though I don't have a iphone, I LOVE my Gypsy!!!)

If you have a PC with WINDOWS XP or 7 or any WINDOWS, I think they all have PAINT on them.
Pull up your picture and right click (or go up to FILE) and OPEN WITH: PAINT
Once Paint comes up, your LARGE picture should be showing on the screen.
Go to the top to RESIZE and in either horizontal OR vertical you can say 20 or 30. Be sure to SAVE and you can SAVE AS if you want to keep your original picture its original size.
Now, try to POST it. It might still be a little big. If it is, merely go delete the one you did at 20 or 30 and start with the original, again. Say 40 this time. You might have to play with it a little since I have no idea how big your picture is to begin with.
HTH.

Thanks for the help. I have a Mac so I will figure out how to size them. So if they are small enough when you click "attach files to this post" will they show up then?

If it doesn't work (I'm sure you know this), go out again (like you're going to "attach files to this post") and you'll have an option to DELETE what you just posted and start all over again. Char
