I decided to make glass block banks for my in-laws for Christmas this year but have only used vinyl a few times. I haven't had very good luck with the vinyl sticking to the surfaces I have worked with before (wood, tile, glass). Is there a trick to getting it to stick? Is modge podge an option with these? If so, do I need to put modge podge on both sides of the vinyl or just a thin coat after it is applied to the block? Thank you for your help!

You do not use mod podge. Vinyl sticks extremely well on glass. I hope it works out for you. Post pics when you are done with them.
