I took my create to school and my students helped me make our door decoration. I used left over laminate for the "glass" and hole punch holes for the "snow". Larmabee attached the following image(s):

Where were you last week when I was trying to think of things to put on my class door???? This year we decided to have a door decoration contest. I made light bulbs for the kids to color and then got red and white ribbon and shiny holly garland and strung them on and around my door. Other teacher's made fireplaces , gingerbread houses, talking Christmas Trees, Santa and Elves on Shelves ( the teacher had the kids make felt elves at home and bring them in and made paper shelves for her door.) Needless to say everyone did such a great job that all the kids got a dress down day (a big deal in our school).

How creative! Teachers are the best at seeing beautiful items from what other people think is trash! Love the snowglobe!! Great lesson for your students, too!
