I love my Baby Bug and my Gypsy, wish I could afford an E right now but it is not in the cards. Since receiving my Bug I have met very nice people (here and in real life) that have pushed me to be more creative which has helped me grow as a crafter.

Add me to the cllub. I was looking at the dates for joining to MB. Yeppers here are a few of us from the begining yet. My orginial is not used much any more but still cuts on demand. Someone should start a roll call again where we copy and put our name in with joindate. Edited by user Sunday, December 09, 2012 8:17:54 AM(UTC)

Ladies, First off I love all of your enthusiasm about how each and everyone of use uses your Cricut to create beautiful things for yourself and the ones you love. I will admit I was smitten with my first baby bug. In the end for me personally it's the paydays of the heart. The hubby may think I am completely obsessed at times. However, I know he will be the first person to show off the cards I made or show off the new home decor and proudly boast, "She made that with her Circut!" Those are the paydays of the heart. I am sure we all have stories. Keep on creating ladies. I want to share this quote because it rings true to me and I am sure it will for you. "True happiness comes from the joy of deeds well done, the zest of creating things new." -Antoine de Saint-Exupery
Keep Calm and Craft on!

I got my Cricut in 2006. It was hard for me to learn at first, but I really love it. I can't imagine not having one!!! I got an E2 on sale a couple of weeks ago, but I don't know if I will like it as much as my original Expression. What do you think? Should I keep it? Love having a Cricut in the house!!

I really enjoy using the mini with the gypsy. It's great that I don't have to do any svg designing if I don't want, but can mix and max already created designs in gypsy and design studio and create some beautiful cuts....now, if I was creative enough to choose the papers, ribbons, buttons, etc. I would have some really great designs. Sigh. The complaint is not against the cricut but a wish that I was more createive.

I already commented when this thread was first started but want to add that I am soooo happy to see so many great comments. When I first came to the MB (long before I joined) the possitive comments and helpful people kept me coming back. Happy crafting everyone. D-

I was at CHA when they introducted the baby bug and said I would never need one. a couple years later heard they were featuring the E on HSN for national scrapbooking day so took a look and was hooked ordered one then. I did purchase back ups later at great prices just incase cause I am so hooked on cricut. I finally mastered the gypsy that I found at Michaels for $19.00 I LOVE LOVE it so much I did buy a back up one just recently really cheap. I have the cricut cake machines and cuttlebug and we even got E's for all three buildings at the nursing home community I work for. I love making things for the residents whether it be a birthday card, gift box of candy or a detailed bulletin board for their enjoyment. I don't want to use a computer for my cricut crafting I spend enough time on that at work. I love going in my studio and destressing and creating. I have 176 cartridges and bought most all of them on line dirt cheap.................no regrets and now am able to loan them to our library who got a cricut that they use alot. I have had nothing but wonderful customer service from provo craft and Kelsey K. was super with helping me with Gypsy issues. She rocks and is a fantastic asset to the cricut customer service dept. Cricut rOCKS!!!!!!!!!!!
I appreciate the rewards program I just wish they would put the E on there as a reward item I sure have enough points to get one to gift to DGD.

Have to admit that I'm addicted to Cricut as well! I got my baby bug in 2006 & joined the MB right away as it was the easiest way for me to learn what that baby could do! I used Design Studio for years when it was introduced - loved having 3 jukeboxes loaded with my fav carts ready to go. Picked up a couple E's over the years. Switched to Gypsy when it came along & absolutely love it! I bought a back-up "just in case". I just recently tried CCR to see what it was all about. It was a pleasant surprise so now an E is hooked to my computer & the other plays with Gypsy. Also love my Cuttlebug & I use Your Story mainly just for laminating. Have fun Cricutting ladies!

I love my Cricut too!
I got my Baby Bug in 2008, my mom had one and got me hooked. Got my E2 at launch, and bought a Cake last year when they were $50... haven't used the Cake yet, thinking about just keeping it for a backup E, but I use my E2 ALL THE TIME. I also really love CCR. I still use my Baby Bug from time to time, with a (cough) special software I bought years ago, so I feel I have the best of both worlds!

I am a lover of Cricuts also! Over a few years my husband has given me the baby Cricut, Expression, Imagine, and Gypsy. This year I'm getting the Expression 2! Regardless of the sadness on this board about PC I love my Cricuts. I don't have a desire to be connected to a computer in order to cut out images. If I lived where PC is located, I would apply for a job! I did do my research on other die cutting machines and for me Cricut won hands down. I also love coming here to chat with you all. So glad we have a positive subject and we need to keep it going. We need to make this board like it was a long time ago. We can do it.

I too love my "I" and I like Narelle would love my gypsy if the screen was a tad bit bigger or my eyes a bit stronger but I still like working with it during my lunch break at work. . . My DF turned me on to circut and I havent looked back. In the beginning I was using it to just do the bulletin boards at work but now I find myself doing cards, wedding stuff, and everything else that would have tedious having working overtime if I had to cut it by hand. I have had my frustration when I first came here with my I but now since I have become "Curious" and joined the message board I have a greater appreciation for the people here (and oh my goodness there are sooooo many) that have helped me through one problem or another and my machines. I will continue to bug on until I cant bug anymore. By the way, I love being a circut muggle cant wait to be a circut wizard. . . Curious II

I love my machines all three of them, my cuttlebug and my gypsy. However, I have come to the realization that I spend way too much money on crafting supplies and not enough time crafting . Hopefully that will change soon. Let's craft on cricut lovers!!

I was just thinking how much I love my Cricuts! I have a baby bug, an Expression, an Anniversary E2, a Gypsy and a Cuttlebug. I also have over 100 cartidges. I really do love my Gypsy - it does amazing things! I do prefer physical cartridges over digital, but that's just my preference. I do like that I can purchase digital content and have it available to use on my Gypsy. I am so happy that I don't need a computer to use my Cricut. This week I am making Hello Kitty party decorations (pillow box favors, banner and cupcake pics) for my scrapbook crop birthday party, some Christmas tags and cards, and some reindeer pillow boxes for my daughter's class. All of these things are made possible because of my beloved Cricut!

Add me to the bug lover list. I got my baby bug in 2006 and promptly joined the MB. I got my E in 2008, my gypsy shortly after launch, cake machine at launch, my I at launch, and my mini at launch. I have over 175 carts. These machines took my scrapbooking and crafting to a whole new level. I never scrapbook without my cricut and my gypsy. I have a back up E and gypsy.
Before the gypsy I used DS but it was a royal pain carting all the carts and my netbook to crops. The gypsy has made it so much easier. CCR is okay but not for crops.
I also have a cuttlebug which is pretty much used for embossing. I have a Yudu, Your Story, and Yudu card shop as well as the kniffty knitter.
I love my PC products.

Got my Cricut two years ago for Christmas but I was never able to get into it much and I live quite a distance from a Michaels so getting cartridges was a pain and I couldn't seem to find everything I wanted in one cartridge but I did pick up a few.
Last week, I decided to check out the Cricut website to see if maybe I could find a Christmas cartridge for my card making. . .WOW, discovered CCR and I am completely obsessed. I have used my Cricut more in teh last 3 days than I have since I got it and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it.
We were in the city shopping on the weekend and of course had to go to Michaels and they had Cuttlebugs 40% off AND I GOT THE LAST ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unfortunately they were completely cleaned out of embossing plates, but I have already started looking on here and ebay to start collecting.
I'm an old owner who has fallen in love all over again.

While I do feel bad for those who've had a negative experience, I'm still having fun with my Expression and other Provocraft toys. Since I'm creatively challenged, the cartridge-based system is perfect for me.

Cricut has always been my die cutter of choice. There are lots of others that have hit the market since I joined in 2006 but none have held my interest like my bugs. I have my baby bug, E, E2, Imagine, gypsy, design studio, cuttlebug and close to 150 carts. I keep saying I'm done buying carts but then I see something on this MB and then the hunt begins to find it at the right price. I've recently started registering for rewards and have over 6G in points but can't find anything I want. I welcome this positive thread that shows that everybody is not mad at PC, and that there are people who love their cricuts and hope to continue the relationship we have with PC. HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO EVERYONE AND HAPPY CRAFTING.

So very nice to hear positive things about the cricut. I love mine. Bought the baby Bug first , then gave it to my grandaughter when the create came out. Sold the create on e-bay after buying the expression and expression 2. I hated the expression 2 at first, but now, I absolutely love it. My green expression will stay with me for awhile even though I don't use it much. Never wanted the Gypsy. Love my 80+ cartridges, don't like digital either. I do use the CCR sometimes, not a whole lot. I am strictly a scrapbooker and work on my books practically every day. I have a suscription to the Cricut magazine. It is very helpful and has lots of designs for the scrapbooker, or card maker. Also home decor.

I have to join in. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my E, I, and G. So much so I bought a Cricut Cake as a back up and just bought a backup G. I am so pro Cricut, I have started teaching classes around eastern SD, and am proselytizing the amazing possibilities and creative expressions one can achieve. I can't imagine doing anything on my E without my Gypsy, and only use my Imagine with CCR. I have more cartridges than I probably should, but it seems to be my only vice (well that and taking long hot showers LOL ) And while I am in this love fest, I LOVE this board. Thank you all for so much help and information. Love to you all. Happy Holidays.
