I bought my first E in 2008. Since I have bought a E2. I love it! It has been a good investment and helped me in my classroom and in my personal life. It is so fun and I can do things I never thought I could. I always dreaded art class as a child. I was not good at it. Having this cricut has really boosted my self esteem and I can do things I never thought I could do. So, if you love your Cricut, let's hear about it. Let's share some positive Cricut spirit!!!!!

Thank you so much for the positive thread!
I too love my Cricuts. I use it to make tons of crafts. I use it to make bulletin boards and lots of teaching tools.
They are everything I wanted them to be and more.
I love that all of PCs creative, talented designers have shared their talents with us.
I prefer having physical cartridges vs digital cuts but do have a few digitals.
I love using CCR and DS to create.
Happy crafting everyone. D-

I think I got my Baby Bug in 2006 and then gave it to my daughter in 2007 when I got my Expression. I have loved them both. I need to use my E much more than I do, and I plan to do just that!

My dh and my boys bought me the baby bug in 2007 for Mother's Day. I love making beautiful scrapbooks. My Cricut certainly makes me look good. I just want to find an image and cut. I love that it is cart based and I dont have to have a computer to run it. I have a baby, an unopened Create, a Pink E and a new E2, and two gypsys. Yes I have backups. I have a cuttlebug that I use with my cuts. I love spending a day in my craft room just playing with my bugs, they destress me. I just love my bugs! I got my E in Dec. 2008, the Gypsy when it was launched and the E2 a couple of weeks after it was launched. I love them all. I chose these machines because they did not need a computer and have never regretted it. I like physical carts, have no digital ones and don't want any. This is for my "me" time. I hope cricut is always around.

Thanks for this thread I love being able to make anything I see on a cart! Love being able to make cards for people. Love making home decor as gifts for friends and family. Love making layouts and being able to really embellish them any way I decide to with all of my Cricuts. I have been havingf fun making Christmas cards with my Cricuts this year too. So much fun to use so many different images from so many Christmas carts!

Here's a big surprise. . .I love my Cricut too! I can do something quick and easy with the carts or I can get designs as detailed and complicated as I want using CCR.

Okay I'll bite. My cricut is one of my favorite things. I love it, my Gypsy, (I adore it) my cuttlebug, yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. They have made me look brilliant and creative. My creativity, honestly comes from most of you here on the board. My machines, all of them work beautifully. I wish I had bought a backup G, sometime I loose sleep (honestly, I need to get a life lol) worrying what I would do if mine died.

I bought my E about a year after they came out. Never ever had a problem with it. Then when the E2 came out I got it. It was a learning curve for me. It works (not as well as my E) and I do enjoy making things with it. Once a long time ago when I bought my first washing machine I was told by the saleperson to get the simple one with no more options than you will need. That E of mine fit the bill. If I had to do it over I would buy an E again. Yes I love my machine. Edited by user Sunday, December 09, 2012 3:11:30 PM(UTC)

I LOVE my cricuts!! I bought my baby bug in 2007. A year later I realized I HAD to have an E. Hello Black Friday! I sd my baby bug to a fellow teacher who wanted one. I added the I to my collection last year at Black Friday. I love the fact that I can make layouts, cards, home decor and classroom projects that make me look great! I like the ability of CCR, but love the fact that if I'm in a hurry and need a quick image I can pop in a cartridge and get what I need. The only thing I don't like is I don't have enough time to play!!

One of the best invest that I've made is in my cricut products. I have an expression that I bought in 2006, love it so much that I bought a baby bug and gypsy to use during the summer when I am in the States. This past summer I saved up to buy the imagine, I am so in love with printing my own pattern paper. The main reason that I invested in the cricut is that I did not want to be tied into a computer or Internet. Now, I am contemplating in buying the jukebox.
Crossing my fingers that provocraft keeps the gypsy, love love it for planning my cuts and designing my layouts, don't know what I would do without it.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my Expression and Gypsy! I still have the origianl E and have never had an ounce of problem with it. My G has been replaced once, but PC took care of it - no problems! I have a busy, busy life but my "refuge" is coming into my craft room and just looking at my E and G and getting the creative juices flowing.

yes! definitely LOVE my E & my Gypsy! I admit, I get sucked into the negative bandwagon when the talk comes up. But I dont use CCR because I can't use the desktop PC in the other room with my cricut. And, I don't have a laptop. I load my carts on my gypsy and then box up my carts for backup. But I love creating on my gypsy and then plugging it in and cutting. I love the carts. I know where they are. I don't think I would use another (different brand) machine as much, because I would be spending too much time looking for images. The carts organize images and phrases for me by types, seasons, themes where I can find the pretty easily. And, even the carts that don't initially appeal to me, wind up having some images on them that I love (after seeing someone's project posted). Yes, I am a cricut-holic... and I own 171 carts - and still shop for more!

My DH surprised me last night by saying "how would you like me to put a counter top in your room so you can have your machines all lined up" YEA!!! (anybody in the Dallas area want to buy a nice kitchen table lol) I use my machines all the time they have made me so happy love the new carts they are coming out with, I'm kinda with the others in not wanting to be tied to a computer.

I am so glad for a positive post on the Cricut. My husband bought the original Cricut for my birthday in 2007. I loved it so much I bought an Expression the next year and gave my original to my daughter. The the next year for her birthday I bought her the expression I love my cuttlebug and the your story. I love the expression for making cut outs for my Christmas cards. I have no desire to be hooked to a computer for my paper crafts so I am very pleased.

I bought my Baby Bug {original} in 2006 then I bought my Expression when it came out. I use my E all the time & I do love my Cricuts. :) I use my Cuttlebug almost as much as my Cricuts & really like it as well. I should add that I have DS & I love CCR..... Seems every couple months we have to start a "positive thread" to cover all the negative. Edited by user Saturday, December 08, 2012 1:22:10 PM(UTC)

I am just LOVIN' this Love Fest!!! I, too, love my Expressions. And my Baby Bug. And my Imagine (I am lucky, I have NEVER had an issue with my I). And I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Gypsy. I am in the process of making over 200 wedding invites and don't know what I would have done without my G or my E. With my G I got my cuts just right, and fill a sheet full of cuts, which cut wonderfully on my E!!!!

I too love my Cricuts. I discovered the Cricut about 18 months ago and have not looked back since I started using them. I have a Cricut Imagine, Expression 2, Create and a Gypsy and I love using all of them. I sometimes feel a little intimidated by them but I love using them and making cards with them. It saddens me to read so many negatives things about them but I have to say that my Cricuts have only brought me joy.

I love my bugs! I started my bug family in 2006 with the original Baby Bug, than went on the many others and now we have a family of bugs with cousins that my DS has. I think instead of points I should have got stock! They all get along with each other and their little Cricut figure friends. We do need 2 additions a pink expression and a plush bug- oh Santa are you listening? BJR.

Hi from another Bug lover! I have to admit when the original Cricut came out I swore I would never buy one as I had another cutting machine. Then my cousin-in-law (bless her heart), had an original Bug and wanted an E so I decided to buy it from her as a "favor". I fell in love with it the first time I used it and haven't looked back since. As well as my Cricut, I have an E and a Gypsy. DH just told me to order another E as a back-up (I was worried they might quit making the E) for my Christmas gift. I love the carts and the fact that I can take either my carts or Gypsy along with my Bug to crops and just cut away. I guess it would be safe to say that I LOVE my Cricuts!

I love my Cricut. I just became a family member this year. I only became aware of Cricuts last year when I started scrapbooking at my church and several of the women had them. I can't believe how much more creative I have become. I have become addicted too.
