Hi All, I have been using my Cricut mini for just about a year. I love all the cutting of shapes I am doing.
I would like to understand how to print something inside a cut shape.
Is it layering?
Is there a video, or can someone explain how to do it?
I am so appreciative of any help you will offer me.
Best, Terrie

Hi I watched something on Youtube about using gel pens, they seemed to draw I think it was a hot air balloon, they got all the detail inside and then cut out the shape. I put in YouTube search 'cricut gel pens' Good luck Kay

You can also do print and cut with your printer. CleverSomeday has developed some digie stamps to go with the basic free shapes cartridge in CCR. You can download the pdf on this website and she has a gret tutorial showing how to do the print and cut. http://cleversomeday.wor...s.com/2012/07/13/ccrpnc/Mary She's not demo'ing the mini, so I don't know if this will work with CCR. I use the gypsy which does work. You can try it and instead of clicking load mat, since there is no button. Not sure how you would do it, but you can do some experimenting.
