I made this banner for under $5! I cut a template for the banner that I found online but you could use Pretty Pennants if you have it. I pinned the template to the burlap and cut them out by hand. I cut the letters out of card stock to use as a stencil from Old West (Flourish Font) and the tree is from Scandinavian Christmas Cards. I tied them together with twine so no sewing involved!
