My cricut imagine froze on start up. I've only use it a couple of time and now it won't start up. Makes no noise. I've turned it off and on. I've unplugged it and plugged it back in and nothing. Can someone help?

I had the same issue shortly after I bought the machine. Cricut supported recommended I do a hard reset:
With the Expression 2 turned off, press and hold the top zoom button, pause button and power key. This should bring up a rainbow screen. It will then switch to the load screen followed by the main screen.
I can't remember how long it took for the rainbow screen to come up but I don't believe it was a long time. My machine has been working fine since. I hope this helps.
