Hi all, I completely fell in love with the 3D reindeer head that was last weeks free cut but had a super busy week and so only had time to cut the one. "No problem" I thought, "I'll just buy it when it is no longer free, then I can keep it forever!". Except, it now doesn't appear in online store and there is no button to click to buy it in the Craft Room. Is anyone else having this problem? Thanks! It usually takes a day or so for the "free" cut to become available to purchase. If you don't see the Buy It button sometime today, call PC and ask CS.

I just noticed when I was looking for something else that the 3D reindeer is now available to purchase!

Thanks for the tips! I can see it on the US site now, but I'm in the UK and it's still not there  I hope it comes back soon! I'm dreaming of a teal glitter reindeer head on my office wall....! x
