I am trying to make some cute onesies, and I saw the dragon in one of the paper doll cartridges. Unfortunately, there is no layer for this, although there are marks. I thought maybe I could use some sort of permanent marker or paint marker, but I'm not sure if there is any "permanent" marker on vinyl. Does anyone else know?

I know they make markers to write on t-shirts but not sure what they're called. Fabric markers or something like that.
