I ordered the mega twine bundle I think about a week or so ago and got it in today so it's a little on the slow side but not bad. This was my 1st time ordering from them also so I don't know if it was just cause they had a lot of orders for those or not.

I ordered the Teresa Collin Mega Tape Runner a few months back. The shipping was kinda slow, and customer service was as well. The tape runner was a 'dud'! I could not get it to work...no way, no how!! So, I emailed CS and waited, and waited, and waited for a reply. Finally called Xyron and got very quick service. Then, MyCraftChannel finally sent me an email. But Xyron had already started the process of taking care of my problem. MyCraftChannel was going to connect me to Xyron anyway, so I was ahead of the process! So, I haven't ordered anything from MyCraftChannel since that experience. OT...The TC Mega Tape Runner never did work correctly. Xyron sent two new refills...no change, the tape runner still would not work. So, I sent everything back to Xyron with a 'letter' about my disappointment. I am still waiting for action about the tape runner. Apparently the tape runner was sent to the Xyron mechanics to try it out. Even the techs mechanics had trouble with it. I have been told that I will be sent a replacement on everything, but the mechanics are trying the replacement out before it is shipped to me. I was told everything had been shipped to me on Monday of this week. Whew!!! I bet you didn't know your simple question would result in this!
