Does anyone know why the sale says 30% off but the carts are the regular price?

It only applies to the digital ones, but I did notice that a few were not marked down. Don't know what the issue is there.

Yeah, I noticed too that not all the digi stuff is marked down. I don't know why because the ad does say ALL Digital. I wonder if there is some kind of glitch.
I did buy some of the $0.99 Christmas card images, Some of which were $0.69, and some were $0.99. I wonder if I should ask PC about it on Monday

Today they are marked down. I bought Teddy Bear Parade. I think I will use it for my classroom.
