A lot of the digital handbooks are not available for cartridges... makes it hard to decide which cartridges to buy! Hopefully this is temporary?

I'm finding the same problem w/ a LOT of cartridges. Here's the message I get when I try to download a digital handbook:- 404 - File or directory not found. The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. Then, when I try to view the "Look Book", this is what I get:- Ladybug attached the following image(s):

Same thing is happening to me. Is this permanent or temporary because it's been happening for a long time with several.

I wrote Cricut Maille about it yesterday because I bought 3 new cartridges that I can't access. In addition, I have a couple....Something to Remember and Quilted Christmas that do not have a handbook at all! So disconcerting!

There were a lot of links broken when they did the website update a few months ago. Gradually things are being fixed.... Hopefully now that CricutMallie has been made aware of the problem someone will get on to it.

Yep-- I've seen and passed along that:
-several of the cartridges are missing DH's (if you find more, please don't hesitate to let me know)
-that error messages keep popping up for you
Whenever I hear back from our Cartridge team, I'll post answers on both threads :)
