I downloaded the newest update for the DS and I still can't find the Folk Art Festival. Any suggestions? TIA!

It is only available at Michael's right now. I read that somewhere on the Cricut site advertising the cart and the design contest for that cart. My guess is because Michael's is sponsoring the contest. It will probably be available digitally in December (contest ends at the end of November).
