Hello, Try re-installing the drivers. You can do so by clicking on the help link in the top left hand corner of the Craft Room page. Then you will select install drivers, and Imagine drivers. You may also want to try moving the cable to a different USB port. If you are still experiencing issues with the Craft Room and the Imagine connecting we would like to recommend installing the older version of the Craft Room on your computer. Be sure, also, that you have designated which machine you're using by going to the MACHINE tab on the left menus in CCR.
