My Gypsy got the black screen after 1 1/2 years. Called customer service and they said I would have to buy a new one. Don't think that's right because they're not standing by their products. So I emailed them about how a lot of people are having the same problem. Got an answer back and all they said would pass the word to whoever about my disappointment. So guess that's means no more Gypsy for me. Why take the chance of another one crashing?

did you try re sync ing it mine did the same thing and I recync ed and it is fine.
