hi Everyone
there is weird things giong on... my imagine has started turning itself off and
then back on again in the middle of cutting.... i was doing a layout from
yummy... and it got all the way to near the botton... and it was meant to print
out the sentiments... but it turned itself off... back on.. and went back to
start up screen....it has done it a couple of times now...
anyone got any idea's...???? it is sometimes not recognising the mat either... i
wonder does anyone know if the imagine will need a service after so long..????

It can sometimes do that. Sometimes it's a particular image on a cartridge. Usually not from an Imagine cart though. You may want to double check your machine is updated. Not recognizing the mat could be that the mat has gotten worn or a scratch on the black lines. You can try to trace over them with a black sharpie, insert the mat the opposite direction, or try a new mat. I'd check for an update though. :)Khrista
