Hi everyone, I just received the plantin schoolbook cart and Im so excited to use it.
Im confused on how to cut the tag with the name out of it.
Here is what I did. Endcap, then name, then other end cap. It cut all of it out except the top and bottom of the tag! Im sure this is something really easy and stupid Im not doing, but what am I doing wrong?

Ok, I see what I was doing wrong, you have to use the letters in the endcap button only. Duh.
But now I cant figure out how to cut the shadow without the letters in it. Dont you have to leave the letters in there when cutting so it knows how big to make the shadow? Gahh! I will get this!
