As far as I know that DS files can transfer to Gypsy as work together. I know DS will never work with expression 2 or imagine but only able to work with oldest cricut machines. Gypsy can work with expression 2 or imagine can cut. Now my qestion, if I use gypsy that files from DS would able to cut on E2 or Imagine from gypsy? Update: I talk to Cricut Tech Support. When you open the file (*.cut)from DS on gypsy and then save as different file name *.gypsy then it will able to work with Expression 2 or Imagine. I have tried to design in DS & save it as a G file & use my Imagine & it will not work! I'm not sure about the E2 since I don't have one!

Mmmm Ok, Have you try open the file on gypsy and then save as a different name from the file u got from DS then use ur imagine or E2. It should works because it is different format after u save as the differet file name. Have you tried? Does anyone have tried this?
