I am very new to Cricut. In fact i have not even received my machine yet. I was hoping to get the craft room all set up and ready to go before my machine arrives BUT... it is not doing anything. It just keeps initializing. i have read a few posts with similar problems so i shut my antivirus off for set up and still nothing. Thanks in advance for any help.

Make sure on your anti-virus that it is an allowed program. Sometimes when mine does that, I close the CCR down & then shut my computer down & re-open everything, That seems to work for me.

We are glad to help with any questions. Are you setting up a PC or a MAC? Does your computer have any antivirus software on it? Cricut Tanja
