I have just purchased a Cricut Imagine machine. It takes the new cartridges on the right hand side of the machine , But will not take the old design on the left hand side of the machine. I have not a clue what to do it just says go to provocraft.com. (still stuck)  Also how do you just cut shapes etc with out the colours. At this rate the cartridges will not last 5 minutes. Thanks for any help in advance x

I don't have an Imagine so not sure what you mean about one side taking a cart and other not..but if you got to the Forum for the Imagine someone there may can help you. Im guessing old design you are meaning the carts for the regular Cricut machines which every one that has an Expression or the original Cricut use. Also the cartridges last forever as far as i know unless they are broken.
