Hope someone can help me, I have just this week bought my cricut, and having spent most of that time trying to get it to work on Windows 8 eventually got it to link to the craftroom. My new problem is linking my cartridges. I only have two so far that came with the machine , I put the cartridges in and then click the link button , it takes ages and then comes up and says something like the serial number is wrong. Can any help me out? I also have the CCR on my pc and when I click buy according to the help it should take me to a page to purchase and the example shows the item in the basket, when I click buy nothing goes in my basket? Help Thanks in advance for any help
