Have just purchased cricut mini, and cannot download the craft room as it is sticking on "initializing craft room". Have looked at forums and other people seem to be having same problem. I disabled my antivirus etc, but is still sticking. Please can anyone help me as I thought the mini looked really good.

 This could have beenn posted by me last night at midnight since I had the identical experience. Soooooo frustrating! Have been researching and awaiting the right sale. HELP...although it may go back to the store today.

Getting stuck at the Initializing screen means that something on your computer is blocking it. Most like your anti-virus program. Maybe something in this post will help: http://cricutcraftroomblog.blog...le-logging-into-ccr.html
