I have tried with 3 different USB cords, and my laptop does not see the Expression machine.
I can't use CCR to "cut" because it doesn't see a device connected.
Help! I just got this machine last week, and i'm already stressed out! :(

I just got this machine last week, and i'm already stressed out! :( Hi connect your E2 to your PC, run sync and then press: home, pause and start buttons all at the same time on your E2, then follow the on screen instructions :)this invokes the format and restore, I think you will have to select yes,no,no,no,yes (may have to many no's) this should fix your problem  michelle
