Trying to download the craft room, it seems like it downloads fine but stays on the "iniatalizing" page forever and never goes to the craft room. Is anyone else having issues?

We would like to recommend contacting your antivirus provider to make sure that our programs are added to the exception list including CCRBridge.exe, Cricut Sync and Cricut CraftRoom. I have Avast and it was interfering with the program. I called Cricut customer service and they very kindly walked me thru it and now it works great. robin
