My sister brought a mini and she only have access to 4 cartridges with 2 images on it showing basic, border, card, envelope, gift box and tags. I read the details about the mini and it said: Comes with access to over 500 free digital images through the Cricut Craft Room® design software so you have immediate access to 4 full fonts, 50 phrases, and over 150 layered images. How can she access this? Thanks

I had similar problem at set up but only because I was too impatient. Maybe you connected the usb too quickly, dont do so until prompted because it is then that the drivers are downloaded to your computer, which in turn allow the software to be updated and you do get the images described. Good luck!
