I tried to download the new Cricut Sync program this morning to update my Gypsy. But the blue light (power light) has been on all day and I can't get it to power off or even have anything show up on the screen. I admit it's been a while since I used my Gypsy, but what's going on? Help!

I have the same issue, but I wasn't trying to sync, but just charge it. Called Customer Service and they said my screen has gone out and I need to buy a new one. Don't think I'll be doing that. Call Customer Service if you haven't already.

Yes, I have the same problem. It's the blue light-black screen of death. I've had my G for almost two years, and now it is rendered useless. I was told the same thing...purchase a new one, send it to PC along with the "dead" one, and they will reserialize the new one so that I can use the linked cartridges. My buying days of PC products is truly over!!!

I am going to call Customer Service again tomorrow. I really can't understand why this widespread problem cannot be fixed. Something is wrong with this product and I'd be happy to pay for a repair, but I am not going to buy a new one. I am actually thinking about selling my Expression and all of my cartridges.
