Hi, I haven't scrapped in awhile and I just got my room setup. I have a Dell laptop I'm using. I installed the Cricut Sync application, disabled my firewall and antivirus and I'm getting an error. This is what is says, Bridge Error: Sync failed to connect to the Please restart Sync.(which I've done and still get this error) If the problem continues please contact Customer Support. I'm running Windows 7 64 bit and I don't know what to do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Have you tried today? There was a problem with Cricut Sync yesterday.... Which is supposedly fixed now.

No I haven't tried today yet. My husband tried messing around with it, and now I have to completely reinstall my operating system on my computer. He did something which is now giving me the blue screen of death. Sadly it was fine before he started messing with it.
