hi i an new to this. there i said it ;-) i bought an expression 2 machine that has been nothing but a headache. i was a able to link several cartridges, but ccr keeps asking me to physically put in the cartridge that were preinstalled in the machine in order to use them. ideas?

Just take any cartridge you have and then it should work.

sorry, i don't understand. maybe i was not clear enough. i was able to link a cartridge without problems, ccr does not recognize the items that came preinstalled in the machine. i don't have those cartridges.

Have you registered your E2? You need to do that to link your E2 carts to your account. The E2 registration data base is updated on Thursdays so if you do it today you should see them on your account of Friday.
If you have already registered it you'll need to call PC so they can fix the problem for you.

almiroty34da075b- If you are not seeing the pre installed Expression 2's cartridges linked in your Craft Room after 2-3 weeks please call customer service at 877-7cricut. We can help you as long as the machine is registered. -PCgena
