Can any one help? I received my Gypsy but can not synic it with my computer. I have windows 7 and virus protections. I called Cricut and they told me that the lady that can help is out and will email me and call that was Oct. 23 I am still waiting.

It's probably due to your anti-virus program. You will need to disable it or add it to the exceptions on your computer.

I am not quite sure how to do that and I have more than one on it. Nothing is ever easy any more.
