help, I was trying to make the spider on the cricut project web page and am just having a brain fart because i cant make sense out of how to assemble it. please help

I posted this to help someone with the pumpkin made from the 3D ornament images, maybe it will help. Lay your pieces like in the screenshot {although some people stack them, insert the brad and then fan them out but I find I get the brad tighter if I fan them out first}, insert the brad and then bring the layers up and insert another brad.
