To all flakers~ Please stay off our MB. When you flake on someone it's not only rude...it's hurtful. It makes the hostesses job difficult and it makes people distrust others. I've never personally been flaked on but I can't imagine ...waiting and waiting and waiting only to never receive after sending something lovingly made to someone else. It must be a horrible feeling for the person that has been flaked on. For the hostess it's horrible as well because your heart goes out to the person that has been flaked on. I'm sure often times the hostess takes the role of Angel for the person flaked on and that makes more work for her which isn't fair. So once again, to all flakers, please stay off our MB...we'll be looking out for you and we will call you out on it!

I think that we should have a 3 strikes and you're out list. If you FLAKE and then redeem yourself then that's fine. If you do it again and again...then we shouldn't tolerate that behavior. It's one thing if something comes up. We are all aware that life happens. What bothers me are the ones that they're just "sick". Not really ILL but just "sick". All of the hostesses give plenty of time to complete their swaps. In my case, if my FLAKER had just let me know early enough I could have made some and sent them off and there would not have been this problem. I just hate that someone got hurt because someone else did not honor their commitment to do what they said they were going to do! Hopefully, FLAKERS will see this post and realize that it's a terrible thing to do to someone and MAYBE it will make them think twice before they do something like that to someone!
Sorry, to get on my soapbox again but this just really makes me crazy...
