My Imagine no longer communicates with the CCR or Sync & I have done the restore 4 times. Each time it gets to the "PROCESS CONTENT" section & I keep getting "BAD IMAGE" & it just sits there & won't go anywhere. It has now been running for 2 hours. CS on Friday night said that was ok & that it would continue, but it won't! Can someone please help!
