Can someone please take a picture of the back/inside portion of their imagine and send it to me by email? cjenny82@live.com. I purchased the imagine from a friend in Texas and While in transport a silver/metal stick fell out of the back of my machine and I have no idea where it belongs and now my imagine doesn't work. I don't have Warranty on it anymore and I've searched everywhere online for a picture of the inside of the imagine and there's nothing! I called provo craft and the lady I spoke with didn't have a clue how to help me and told me she's never heard of such a thing! I haven't even used it once, i synced it and everything. Please help!

Does it look like about 2" maybe long, roundish like a pin? If so, then you won't be able to replace it. It's a pin from inside the machine. :( I had one pop out in transport. It's an easy PC fix, but as we can't access the inside of the machine, we can't do it. Looking to see if I have pic of what I'm talking about as I took one when I had to send that machine back for Chris when he still worked for PC. Khrista File Attachment(s): 001.JPG (2,485kb) downloaded 39 time(s).

hookerjanis8a846633 I never received your email. Maybe it went to my spam folder? I'm not sure. Would you mind sending it through here? or sending it again? Khrista, no it doesn't look like that. It's longer, about the width of the machine. Can you take a picture of the inside of your machine through the back opening? Oh and I have attached a picture to this post to show you what the stick i'm talking about. Thanks ladies for taking interest in helping me. I'm so sad, that i have not been able to use this machine.

Hi Cjenny Not sure if you found out where the post belonged to but I beleive it goes at the front under the ribbon that is attached to the cutting housing. Not sure how it fits in but that is a long metal flat sided post. Hope that helps. Susan

Thanks for Replying Gadget Girl, I have an idea of the location but I would like a picture so that I know where to place it exactly. my husband tried to attached it before but it wasn't the correct location. I will try and look at the location where you stated and see if It works, but I would love if someone still posted a picture of the back/inside of the imagine so I can have a visual of where their stick is located.
Thanks for your help!

Hi Cjenny This is the photo and its just above the opening where you insert the mat and there is a wheel on the housing that runs along it. Hope you can get it working. Good luck. Susan Edited by user Sunday, October 28, 2012 12:56:33 PM(UTC)

But I really need a picture of the back of the machine.

Hi there from what i can see at the back there is a rod just inside - you can put your fingers in and feel it more than see it, it seems to be held in by some plastic clips. Heres the best picture i can get as its not easy to see. Hope this helps Ang attached the following image(s):

Like the one you have here but looking inside, using the flash?

I am afraid that i dont see how you can get inside the back as other than the compartment where the ink goes nothing opens. If someone knows how to open the back then please post
