I created these paper dolls from Square 1 material, which is an adhesive backed material that is removable. The first one is because I love Disney . . . a cute little Tinkerbell The second one is a Christmas Elf . . . kind of my take on the Elf on a Shelf Since this product removes easily, I can peel this elf off the wall and move it to all different areas of the house to "watch" the kids. Full directions on how I made these are on my blog at http://craftychicsblog.b.../2012/10/tinkerbell.htmlEdited by user Wednesday, October 10, 2012 7:02:35 AM(UTC)

I do this with contact paper, also......the adhesive kind. I love my contact paper. You did a great job on Tinkerbell (or whoever she is) AND the little elf; so cute! And, what a great idea...."to watch" over the little ones. Char Edited by user Monday, October 08, 2012 8:07:04 AM(UTC)

I have been back at the paper dolls using the Square 1 adhesive backed material . . . stick it on the wall and then remove it when you are done . . . which makes it GREAT for changing out the outfits on these paper dolls! I also did a video with the directions showing HOW I made these http://youtu.be/VpDCSLHrmsY

I have been busy making MORE paper dolls. I started to make these for my niece since she loves to play with paper dolls . . . but since these are made with Square 1 repositionable material she can stick them on the wall and move them around and change out their clothes. She wanted one that looked like her dad, and since he likes hunting I made him in camouflage! I also made the family dog! For all of the details on how I did this project check out my blog at http://craftychicsblog.b...01/more-paper-dolls.html

OMGoodness ... these PDs are totally darling. And what a great idea for a child's room. How fun to have an interactive PD that they can play with to create scenes on their wall. FUN! FUN! FUN! . Edited by user Wednesday, January 09, 2013 12:58:47 PM(UTC)
