Anyone else having problems with Sweet Tooth Boxes...

Not working with the E2,Imagine or gypsy? The cart won't work in the machines. When I use my gypsy it will cut but not at the sizes I put in. Just wondering if it's a bad cart or if it is the machines. Thanks

I've used my Sweet Tooth Boxes several times on the E2, with and without my Gyspy and haven't had a problem. I've never used it with my I, sorry. Is it the 1st time you are using the cart?

Hi gonescrappin, I've only used this cart one other time and it was with my E. I think it worked fine . I used it to cut just the plain box and lid. So I don't know if I should call PC. Do they replace carts or are you stuck with them if they don't work?

It is probably a bad cartridge. I would call them in the morning, they are pretty good about replacing carts. Did you register it? Usually they look for that when they are replacing the cart. You might also want to see if you still cut that plain box. Funny, I've cut so many cupcake boxes and the houses, but never just a box.  Maybe I should try cutting one tomorrow.
