I was using the CriCutSync and it show me some instructions to RESET my E2 by holding together the HOME, PAUSE and POWER ON/OFF BOTTON together until it shows a blue screen but it never get out of there. Now that I tried to Sync it again it saids that the program recognizes my machine but that my E2 don´t responde. What I have to do?? I already turn on and off like ten times!!! And change of port my USB cable.

jenifervaf86eed64- I can recommend that you try a different computer to update your Expression 2. Also, we do not recommend that you go through the troubleshooter to update your Expression 2. The Cricut Sync program should recognize your machine and then look for updates. Then you simply press the Update Now tab and allow the updates to go through. If you continue to have difficulties updating your Expression 2 please call customer service at 877-7cricut. -PCGena
